The Izakaya bar and restaurant blend the essence of traditional and contemporary sensibilities of Japan in the epicenter of Miami. The overall design languages create an atmosphere that feels authentic while attuned to its time. Amongst materials that are simple and minimalistic, a strong graphic statement is made with exaggerated Daruma-inspired art installations suspended above the main dining room, within a modest architectural envelope. Sleek interiors are paired with an inventive culinary style that captures the new wave of energy felt throughout Brickell, attracting local clientele without falling prey to stylistic clichés.
